It may be that I “assume” human service workers are fairly comfortable discussing and dealing w/ various belief systems. It was good to see that is not so & many of them were not comfortable at all in the beginning. It gives me a better understanding of what both clients & providers face when confronted with the mystery. –From participant evaluation for the workshop “The Art of Surviving and the Spirituality of Violence and Peace.”
